“In Williamsburg”
We celebrated a friend’s birthday in Williamsburg today. It’s a very young and artsy Brooklyn neighborhood with lots of character. This shot was captured in an indoor gallery leading to a few hip stores. I used to collect those types of advertising postcards – usually from nightclubs – and decorate my studio walls with them when I was a student in France. My wife happened to do the same thing here in the US. That seemingly universal tradition is alive and well… the cool postcard was gone. Which one would you take?
