“In Central Park”
Caroline, my lovely wife and also a very talented writer, is working on a new book which partly takes place in Manhattan. She had a few locations in mind to scout, one of them Central Park. We took that opportunity to improvise a small photoshoot. It was a cloudy day, diffusing a soft light ideal for portraits. I didn’t have my reflector though, which would have been helpful for fill-in. I wonder what Jasmine will do to it when I do bring it… as usual, she was all over the place. My 50mm lens was open all the way to f/1.4 for this shot and the result is pretty sharp, I love it. After all that walking, we ended the day at B&H, where I finally found the perfect camera bag to house my combo 5D + 50mm.
